The celluloid legacy is expanding. Driven by the incredible enthusiasm and high demand from our global filmmaking community, Terre di Cinema is thrilling to announce a brand-new, hyper-focused chapter: The Winter Edition: Fashion Film CineCampus.

In February/March 2027, we are trading the Mediterranean summer vibes for the vibrant, tropical backdrop of North Goa, India, for an intensive 10-day analog filmmaking experience. If you have a passion for grain, texture, and high-end visual storytelling, this edition was built for you.

The Evolution: Celluloid Meets Contemporary Luxury

While this winter edition preserves the rigorous, high-standard analog training of our classic Summer CineCampus, it introduces a stylistic and technical evolution tailored specifically to the fast-paced, visually striking world of the fashion film industry.

Here is what makes the Winter Edition completely unique:

• Exclusively Super 16mm Format: The entire campus will focus on the s16mm format—a medium whose organic texture, unique grain, and poetic mood perfectly match the contemporary luxury aesthetic of the fashion world.
• 10 Crews, 10 Fashion Films: The core mission is practical and intense. Ten selected crews will develop and produce a series of 10 high-end fashion films.
• The Director & DoP Power Duo: Each crew will be streamlined into a tight team of two: one Director and one Cinematographer (DoP).
• Camera Department Evolution: In a shift from our traditional summer formula, participating DoPs will pull double duty, acting as both the Director of Photography and the Camera Operator.
• The Dual-Role Rotation: We are maintaining our core philosophy of collaborative learning. Every participant will cover two positions: a Primary Role (Director or DoP) and a Secondary Role (Assistant Director or 1st Assistant Camera/AC).
• Real-World Commercial Sets: This isn’t just an exercise. Productions will actively collaborate with real fashion brands, professional models, and industry influencers to simulate a true-to-life, high-fashion commercial set.
• Industry-Standard Technical & Creative Support: To ensure top-tier production values, Terre di Cinema will provide a professional light and grip crew for every single shoot, alongside professional makeup artists and stylists to elevate the on-set aesthetic.
