Terre Di Cinema – International Cinematographers Days è lieta di annunciare la presenza di Ed Lachman in qualità di ospite alla settima edizione del nostro festival, che si terrà a Catania dal 1° al 5 giugno 2017.
Membro dell’ASC – American Society of Cinematographers – grande protagonista del circuito del circuito cinematografico indipendente statunitense e in quello europeo, Lachman è stato direttore della fotografia per registi del calibro di Wim Wenders, Steven Soderbergh, Sofia Coppola e Robert Altman, oltre ad avere co-diretto con Larry Clark il dramma adolescenziale “Ken Park”.
È stato inoltre nominato agli Oscar per “Lontano dal Paradiso” – premiato per la migliore fotografia agli Independent Spirit Awards e ai National Society Film Awards – e “Carol”. Entrambi i film, diretti da Todd Haynes, saranno proiettati al cinema King di Catania nel corso delle giornate del festival.

Terre Di Cinema – International Cinematographers Days is proud to announce the presence of Ed Lachman as a guest at the seventh edition of our festival, that will take place in Catania from 1st to 5th of June, 2017.
A member of ASC – American Society of Cinematographers –  and a great protagonist of both US and European independent cinema scene, Lachman has collaborated for Wim Wenders, Steven Soderbergh, Sofia Coppola and Robert Altman, he also co-directed with Larry Clark the teenage drama “Ken Park”.
Lachman has been nominated twice for Best Cinematography at the Academy Awards for “Far from Heaven” – winner for the Best Cinematography at the Independent Spirit Award and National Society Film Awards – and “Carol”.
Both films, directed by Todd Haynes, will be screened at cinema King during the festival days.
